Equivalent package for openSUSE?

@carl please look for an equivalent apticron package for openSUSE. This is part of convert-station project.

Looking at all the convert stations they are really out of date. Maybe that's by design? I'd still like a package like apticron if there is one for openSUSE but if Joe doesn't like auto-updates we can just push updates via Ansible.
